With reference to the above, the auctions of your chit group are originally scheduled to
be held on 15.08.2021 (Independence Day). As it happened to be a Public Holiday, we are
unable to conduct the auctions scheduled on that day.
Therefore, we are forced to postpone the auctions to 17.08.2021 (Tuesday). Please note
that the time and place of auctions will remain same.
We hereby request you to attend to the auctions to be held on 17.08.2021 (Tuesday)
instead of 15.08.2021.
