          Sub : Postponement of Auctions of III Sunday scheduled to  be  held  on  15.08.2021 (Independence Day) to17.08.2021 (Tuesday) – Reg.

As you are aware that, III Sunday of August, 2021 auctions are originally scheduled to be held on 15.08.2021(Independence Day).  As it happened to be a Public Holiday, we will not be able to conduct auctions scheduled on that day.

Therefore, you are advised to conduct these auctions on 17.08.2021 (Tuesday) instead of 15.08.2021.  Please note that any 1st auctions you propose to conduct on 15.08.2021 should also be postponed to 17.08.2021.   You are also advised to send immediately the information regarding the postponement of auction day to all  Non-prized subscribers, in the format enclosed.  Computer program to that effect will be developed, implemented and intimated to you.  Run the computer program to get the above letters and despatch the same immediately.

Please inform the same to our Agents and Staff and also exhibit notice regarding postponement of auctions in the Notice Board.  You are also advised to paste this Notice conspicuously at the entrance of our office.

You are also advised to inform the same to the Registrar of Chits.  Please do not hesitate to refer us in case you seek any guidance in this regard.
